Bryan Opert

After having being in the rabbinate for over 15 years and in education for 20, Bryan Opert has moved into a new area that utilises the experience, skills and passion that I have accumulated. This has been motivated by my wish to engage with a broader community and develop a unique brand and approach synergising all that I have learnt. The Rabbinate honed my skills in developing an understanding of how people grow and how accompanying them on the journey can assist them in revealing their own potential. My training and proficiency in education has included teaching from primary school children to adult education. I am fully invested in teaching adults at this time. My years of being involved in education has taught me the power of imparting knowledge and even wisdom, then assisting each individual to integrate the ideas resulting in amazing results. In order to fulfill my passion in an entrepreneurial fashion I started the company Quantum Growth, a life coaching company that utilises the Lumina Learning tools to uncover the dominant energies that are used by all people. These tools are skillfully applied to assist each person as an individual, as a team member and within an organisational structure. Quantum Growth is NOT a one-man-show. Our strength is that Quantum Growth has a broad network of experts that are regularly called upon to facilitate areas where specialised skills are required. We are thus able to offer, not only workshops and coaching at varied levels but also mediation and conflict resolution, human resource development and corporate consulting. All of these by Lumina Practitioners and facilitators with decades of experience. Quantum Growth offers a full package for any company wishing to move their personal forward as a launch pad for growing their business. At Quantum Growth we believe that we are Human- Beings not Human- Doings.
